Will do and thanks Ben! By any chance, you have suggestions that can possibly help me improve my sleeping with tinnitus? I Been using a fan but I'm not sure if should use meds to help me sleep.

I hope and pray there is a cure in the future and hope our tinnitus gets better in time. Thanks for the link above, it gives me some hope in recovering.

I have not gone to ENT or audiologist yet. I'm scared to because I have a feeling they will tell me the same thing, that's incurable and will have to adjust to buzzing sound in head. I guess I don't pay a lot of cash since I don't have Insurance either. I'm recent bought a noise maker, hopefully...
