Hi all, am suffering big time with tinnitus, I have a question... is there anything out there that can ease it or give some relief?

Thanks for the responses, l was going to try a new sound machine thing where u put a probe on your tongue.. have not looked too deep into it.. the tinnitus is so annoying when there is no noise.. like tight now lying in bed

@Full of Life Lenire is the only commercially available treatment that has a chance to permanently reduce your tinnitus. Anything else may only help you cope in the short term. All the best.

Try sound enrichment. The sound of crickets makes high-pitch T more bearable. The goal is to give yourself something else to listen to, besides T.
