That's what my doctor said, but I checked here bc on the first day of use I noticed an Increase, and there were a few people who noticed some issues.

The pill has been giving me headaches, nausea, migraines (head still hurts and won't stop at all), dizziness, shakiness, very bad anxiety, heart racing, and difficulty sleeping, with drowsiness all throughout the day. I decided to stop taking them today,, I couldn't handle the side affects

@OnceUponaTime 20 mg a day, I began cutting them in half but even that was still making me feel awful, so I stopped completely
