No but at the same time my anxiety has been through the roof about it and I haven't been taking care of my ears. The last month has been brutal but I've been losing it

You might want to stay away from all of the sounds that you find to be bothersome, which might include the moderate noises like that of a vacuum cleaner.
I was not being good about protecting my ears in the early stages of this. I went out twice a couple Sunday's ago with the window down, cold air, music going. Came home crying about my ears - well specifically my left ear. That night, went outside for a walk with a friend. Same thing afterwards. At 32, you think i'd have more common sense... but going forward I am going to be SUPER, SUPER CAUTIOUS.
