My Tinnitus is always worse just before my period. Think it's down to hormone fluctuation or something,,,

@Tanni i think so too, but gosh I wish it'd go down;; I haven't slept in almost two days because of this. My white noise does nothing right now, I can hear it over it

I've had the same. I've always used white noise but this one time it rose above it and wouldn't be masked. I had to switch to running water temporarily, because that masks better. It went down again after a few days and I switched back to white noise.
