My T changes both tone and pitch constantly throughout the day and even the hour. I have 3 or 4 tones too. Try not to worry/stress about it. I believe it's completely natural with T. How long have you had it now? Just recently, mine is starting to settle. I'm 9 months in. <3

Tinnitus is like your first crush, the one who broke your heart. After the breakup you might encounter him/her again, by chance somewhere. Your heart would beat as fuck. But time passes and feelings weaken; maybe they do not disappear completely, but you get to a point where a new encounter does not produce any tangible reaction.
