Yes, I agree 100%! My house backs up to a main thoroughfare with trucks for transport and construction all day and teenage boys peeling out all night!

Now suffering a spike in my right ear, I was doing great this past month. I had high fidelity plugs on, but it wasn't enough :( I am really praying it subsides...Now to stay home and give my ears time to recover. It sucks when you do everything possible to keep your tinnitus at bay, and then suffer a spike at the hands of an inconsiderate person.

It's worse with spring because now I also have mowers and leaf blowers during the day. I just ordered triple pane windows for my bedroom.
