@Sayeed this. I know that acoustic trauma causes ear fullness but I really don't think I had a noise trauma. This is something different I think. So I go to ENT. But if he says Nothing wrong here pal, I will probably start pursuing TRT. But I really hope it is just something like allergy, fluid in ear, ETD or related things. And once I get some spray or something it will relieve and maybe my T will go down as well.
