when my tinnitus started, i started experiencing ear pain weekly as well. i dont know why it is, but ive accepted it as part of tinnitus. I feel like its just because physically your nerve endings are damaged, the pain is therefore like a bruise pain. im sure its not serious. At least i dont take it serious.

That happened to me when my T started and I thought tye same. But it freaks me out as it repeats happening sometimes out of the blue. Making me wonder if there was any further damage happening
