On which new medicine (like XEN) or treatment would you place your bets @PortugalTheMan ? Personally, though I have some reservations, I do think that Dr. De Ridder's treatment has some merits. Ketamine might help us dissociate from tinnitus (=change self perception vs. default network) & the new HD-tPNS might be more effective in brain manipulation due to close mimicking the natural fire pattern of neurons

@Christiaan Are you talking full-blown ketamine use or those infusions? I have my bets placed on psilocybin.

Ey @kingsfan , nop. Dr. De Ridder is going to apply low dose ketamine in the New Zealand study. Why do you think psilocybin has more potential?
