Yes! Though my T is an odd one. Some days I can hear it over everything and rate it a 7/10. Other days it is a barely audible hiss - probably a 1/10. No two days are the same, but I am always grateful for the extremely quiet days.

I dont have severe tinnitus but severe hyperacusis, and all I want at this point is for it to stop worsening. I can work around my current level. It wont be an enjoyable life at all, but I think I can manage it. But its gonna kill me if it keeps getting worse. I would also gladly keep my moderate tinnitus. I just dont want anymore worsening. ENOUGH!
Yeah, honestly. I've still got multiple tones going, but I could bear this level for a long time.
I'd consider my T to be quite mild. I am already habituated personally, and would gladly take the opportunity for no worsenings.
