15 mg. Mirtazapine has helped. Also in my relation towards tinnitus. I think it has even helped me habituate

@Stacken77 Yes, I have trouble staying asleep and falling back asleep. I feel anxious when waking up.
The doctor prescribed Escitalopram, but I'm afraid to take it because of the increase in T.
