Is this dysacusis or reactive tinnitus? Sound from my laptop speakers reacts to my tinnitus and as a result sounds very "bitcrushed".

It's been a while. My TTTS symptoms have mostly improved but now I get mild dysacusis which seems to be activated by e.g. clothes moving.
