In the best scenario my tinnitus could get a bit better after I stop benzos if my tinnitus has anything to do with withdrawal. Of course the best scenario would be that my T would stop completely but I don´t think it does.

Did the Benzo help you at all?
I regret using benzos long term because I believe they play a part why I got tinnitus even though I got it from acoustic trauma. Tinnitus/sensitivity to sound are benzo wd symptoms. I think I have got more harm than help from benzos long term. They are difficult to taper.
