Like... somewhere between a 2 and a 4 on the different days I've taken it.
Thank @Damocles. When you are on them, does your tinnitus decrease in volume? I've read a few posts where people perceive elevated tinnitus after benzo's, but they are unsure if it's just returning back to baseline. Do you think this could be the case for you?

Most I've ever taken is 6mg; feels great when it kicks in.
