We all feel scared in the beginning. It's a natural and normal response when foreign sounds invade our minds. We've all gone through it. 2 months is barely anything. Let the process play itself out. Eventually you will get to the point of some improvement, acclimation, and habituation.
I'm almost 1 year into mine and I've been slowly getting better in all 3 categories. I still struggle some days but my mindset has changed compared to the how it was like in the beginning. I'm sure you will find your sweet spot with time. It's long process, but overtime you will start to feel better. Most people do get better. Always Remind yourself this
Im trying i got such a bad case its really satic both ears and dull buzz .. feel like my ears are buzzing alot i have a bee in left on top of it and in right i have a litle bell that reacts to sounds the left has reactive cricket .. i wish it was solid tones ..
