My loudness hyperacusis went away as far as I could tell. My noxacusis did not. So no perceived sounds as louder than they actually are. I mean it may not be 100% the same, but I can't tell a difference now.

Only thing I notice loud is fridges at walmart and the air exchanger sounds like a jet engine in middle of store and i ca hear highway at my house now ..
