@Matchbox I didn't have tinntus till the prednisone in right ear i assumed it was from headphones on the prednsione but this is to many tones and alien sounds for acoustic trauma.. im unsure cause i feel dizzy sometimes and head presssure i cant hear the noise if im busy its when i go to lay down or sit watch tv it builds up i cant explain the sound but my ears hurt sometimes feels like pressure

Have you seen a neurologist yet
