Please know that it gets better. I see you're pretty early on and I remember those days very well. But I'm still here to say it gets better in ways I wouldn't have believed despite the noise still being present.

Thank you for the kind comment. I made a promise to myself to end stuff in a year if it doesn't get better. But the noise is getting so physically painful and disruptive that I'm thinking of trying a different way than Pegasos (money and approval are factors).
