I've been trying to explain this but couldn't. It's coming from both ears and seemingly my head as well. Why is this happening, not fair

The sensation of "head buzzing" is, from my experience, an irritation to an already inflamed inner ear, most likely from external noise. Do you happen to have mild hyperacusis? If so, this is a sign that your ears need to take a really good break from all the noise coming from outside. Give time for the inflammation to heal, might takes months. As well @KP26

No hyperacussis at all, mine seems neck related. Happens I move my or sleep on the ear side. No sounds or swallow triggers mine @tniuf
