@Foamearplugssuck The best combination I've found is deeply inserted foam ear plugs, and the Peltors X5A. For me personally, there was a huge difference between the X5A and Optime II I previously used. I hear the road noise very quietly now, and spike minimally.
@Stacken77 lol I ended up going with my musicians plugs....forgot how much I can't stand foamies since they dont fit into my ear canals at all. didn't spike too bad since I wore muffs on top, but I'll have to look into those peltors. I need a new pair of muffs anyways.
