Sometimes I wonder if tge sound therapy is just gradually making T worse. Probably not.. but feels like it

Yeah man, I went on vacation and didn't use earplugs for things bc they weren't "damaging" that I usually use earplugs for and my tinnitus spiked like crazy. There were loud crickets too which I think irritated my hf T

And then my H started to get worse again after vacation. So I took the opposite approach and started protecting against noises that bothered me and spiked my T. And now my H and T are getting back to normal.

Overprotection is Bs imo unless you are truly sound depriving yourself.
