What does your tinnitus sound like now?

It fluctuates wildly. I have a ton of low tones but the only one that bothers me is the high ones

Mine is starting to fluctuate after 4 months. Flipping between ears, hiss in both, hight pitch fluctuating between both and morse code. Awful lately. My old T was so easy in comparison.
