Non linear recovery is a real thing. Try not to feel too discouraged

@ZFire thanks for the encouraging words, means a lot coming from you. I'm trying to stay optimistic but it's so hard to differentiate between non-linear recovery on one hand and setbacks on the other. Hard to tell a difference between the two

100% agreed @ZFire. @CRGC - it probably still is improvement, just one of many bumps in the road. Don't let it get to you - in the end it will make you stronger as you progress. Keep your eyes in the distance.
