I've always have had high pitch tinnitus which was really hard getting use to mine sounded like someone tossed a frag grenade by my ear. Or in war movies when someone next to a grenade goes death for a few sec the eeeeee sound

But to answer your question yes i now have a tinny low pitch tinnitus i take it day by day sometimes throughout the day I can't hear it or my mind blocks it off so yes you definitely can get use to it
