see if you can find a low hum tone on the tone generator site and put the volume just under the low hum in your head. i had the low vibrating car running sound a bit too.

At the beginning in february 2021, I had multiples tones in both ears (pure tones, echoing wine glass, computer sounds...), and developed a horrible low vibrating hum last May. Today, though I'm not cured, 95% of my time is silent.
