That said, I have TMJD (jaw pops out of place when I yawn), and I don't mess around with mine. If it got any worse I might though.

I've had mine for over 13 years and counting, tmjd that is. A bite brace hasn't helped as still wake up with a clenched jaw and popping and grinding noises and sharp stabbing pain in ears euh! May ask for a referral and see what can be done :)

I just notice it more now since my T increased*.
