@Shrim Thanks. I have fluctuating tinnitus. Have for a number of years. Then I had a slight worsening after attending a concert with ear protection. And it was getting a lot better and easier to ignore and it must be louder now because it's hard to ignore. But that could just be part of my normal fluctuation. I do hope it gets better soon. I was afraid this is the fluctuation and spike that doesn't go away.
