If I cuff my ears I can hear them trying to blast in volume but once I release the cuffing I don't hear them.

Don't stick around if you're doing good. Don't try to listen for it or read about it.
I hope not too, but it could be so many different things still. I've had so many 'lightbulb' moments- and then it changes again. Still don't know. If you're doing better in any type of capacity tho, try to stay away as much as you can. I try to only come when it's bothering me. And not stick around too long.

Don't mention it. Just saying it how it is.. and that's what this group is here for. I've learned so much here and so many wonderful people have helped me.
