    Hey thanks for replying I still have everything being loud to but it's slowly getting better. The symptoms you described are exactly the same as mine. My voice sounds loud and simple little noises bring discomfort. Like physically make my ears uncomfortable. Also syllables that start with "s" or "sh" make my ears uncomfortable.

    I'll keep you updated on my progress if you would like? At one point I kept getting deep sharp pains but no longer experience that thankfully. But taking a shower is a out the picture the water hitting the tub makes my ears feel violently uncomfortable. @shockmaster
