Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
@Jackson Brady do you have a PCP/some doc who knows what you're going through and your current mental state? You may need something to help you calm you down in the immediate.
@ErikaS i'm never taking ADs, i swore off meds after i got fucked up with them twice. Inflammation is something good to target, but i'm actually running out of money i can't order more products. Maybe i'll try Intermittent Fasting. Currently i'm too low to try even that.
@Jackson Brady try getting good amount of water in you no matter what (I know it's hard) and maybe consider melatonin for sleep. If it's truly awful, I was more thinking benzo for fast acting relief, but understand if you're not trying to do that either. I just know myself and others got through our hardest times with those in shot terms.
@Jackson Brady also, what is your living situation? Do you have someone with you? A support person/system is very helpful early on and throughout the journey. I have leaned on my husband and parents a lot.
@ErikaS i have a girlfriend but she doesn't really understand the situation i'm in, she sympathizes with me but i avoid talking much about T because she can't do much to help me
