do you *have* to wear headphones? like is necessary for the work you do? I worked a retail gig and they wanted us to wear headphones but I just didn't. no one said anything to me about it.

Hi Jackson, try out some Koss porta pros with very low volume. These are open back headphones, with a mic. I use them from time to time without much issue.

@Strawberryblonde i have an office job and i told them about my condition but they still recommend using the buds on lowest volume

@Foamearplugssuck i actually work in a tech company as software engineer, i have to often communicate with different teams over the internet and watch video tutorials with a lot of people around the office, so yeah i have to use them
