@Samy i have yet to start a formal course, still reading books based on it. You started a course, correct? How is that going ?

@Samy seems as though I should get started with a program ASAP. May be the one thing to help in my current state. I just wish so bad reactivity didn't stand in our way :'(

I'm starting DNRS (now I'm still learning, but didnt start the practice yet). The same program @Marin did. I have nothing to lose anymore and I'm willing to try anything to live my life again. I saw some stories from people recovering from POTS, hyperacusis, Lyme, etc. with this program, so I think it's worth a try.
