I honestly forgot which mountain in CO, I used to hike alot. Do not take benzos bro. You can, but seriously like once a month or something. It will be the death of me
Any thoughts on ssris? Any meds ok to take the edge off?
Well let me just be clear, my situation is because I cold turkeyed and didn't recognize that reinstating a year later threw me into acute withdrawal. I can see you are suffering -- a benzo is safe for a very, very short amount of time, or very occasionally. Benzos caused my reactive Tinnitus and insane electrical shriek in my head.
