I am the same. I usually cope towards the end of the week and then go on a downer st the start of the week. I think it's the prospect of starting a new week with no progress.
I work at a hospital and I am aware of so many stories of young people with non-curable cancer - I think of them and their families when I am feeling low with my T and ear issues.
