Hey @Ryan Scott ! I am on day 2 of being in Cancun so haven't been on here much. Yesterday and today went really well. Wearing protection off and on but I almost feel like getting around a variety of moderate level sounds and taking my mind off of it is actually helping a lot. Is it treatment starting to kick in too and build my tolerance more? Not sure, I think I will be able to judge better once back home.
