Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
After a couple days of reprieve ending a string of depression days, and milder hissy tinnitus yesterday, my tinnitus was back to a squeal on waking this morning and ramping up more as day went on, more bothersome, so I'm afraid it's going to kick me into depression again. The squealing times seem more piercing lately. There appears to be no ext stimulus or diet responsible for hiss vs. squeal going on 16+ months.
@RunningMan I find myself holding out for those days of respite. Hopelly the interval between now and your next tolerable period is short. I haven't found a solid connection between diet/activity and tinnitus response; albeit I avoid caffeine and alcohol now much to my displeasure.
@SamRosemary I could certainly do with one of those lazy days. Do you find it easy to nap? I end up using phone scrolling as a bridge between naps haha.
