@haha ear go eeee honestly it was hard. I would move around my apartment depending on where the noise was coming from and I have a supportive parent that is very mindful about his volume and handles anything noisy. It wasn't easy but the more silence I gave my ears, over time I was slowly able to do things again. I'm still in 24/7 protection tho now with only one layer of protection instead of three.
