Same! At first, it was only a few seconds, then a few minutes, and today it was almost half an hour. Hopefully, this is a good sign for you!

GABA has higher concentrations during sleep, while Glutamate is higher while awake and during REM.

Exactly opposite for me. When I wake up the T is blaring, then it quiets down over time. Near silence late at night before sleep. I have something miswired the other way, apparently.
