@SamRosemary it didn't return to how it was before the trip unfortunately, still sounds more chaotic and 4-6 sounds in and out/taking turns rather than 3-4. BUT I am no longer worsening, no fullness in deep ear feeling anymore when around sound, and my sound tolerance longevity is getting longer.
