When I go to really loud events for a prolonged period of time, such as sporting events or concerts, I wear musician earplugs. I can talk with them and hear well while wearing those.
Thank you. That's great news. When I talk with them on my voice is so loud I thought it would be a problem. I have to get use to how loud my tinnitus is when I put them on too.
When it comes to this condition, the more realistic expectation is to hope that it gets better overtime + habituation happens. That's what I have found it has helped me.
