@Mo8409
Having had t for 20 yrs, that was accepted long time ago. But when I got h in 2019, it took me probably at least a year to fully accept it, and work with myself, with the support of counselling, to look ahead and change my mindset towards it. It doesn't mean that its gone by now, but I dont let it take away the pleasures of life.
I've had tinnitus over 20 years and a worsening 18 months ago, and ear fluttering (TTTS) recently. My conscious mind accepts it, but apparently the sympathetic nervous system feels differently jacking up the anxiety and causing depression, plus insomnia over these last 18 months. I'm not on any anxiety/depression meds.
@MindOverMatter How did you get H? I got it right off the bat but it has improved in 4 months. I still have mild hearing sensitivity though. What's caused your T?
