It's doesn't have to be that way or if it is now it won't always be that way for you .. a lot of us still go about our work and lives (inc family events perhaps not cinema or concerts as much). Give your self time! I still go out for food, go to quieter bars, visit my nieces and nephews, granted I wear earplugs but it's no big deal anymore. Try to keep the faith
