Yes, I can go to windy beaches no problem now. I had hyperacusis twice. 1st time i was scared and overwhelmed emotionally. 2nd time around I was calm and ready with no emotional response. It faded as expected. I didn't lose any sleep in the 2nd episode, even went on vacations with earplugs
