Hey @4Grace! I was able to cut down to 25 from 50. I tried to cut it out completely last night and I didn't really sleep so I guess I'll be staying on the 25 until I find something that helps.

You are strong doing what you need to do while keeping faith in God. I did not sleep more then an hour a night max for 5 months. So, if little ol me did that you got this for sure. Your day will come. I waited too long to take meds.
25 to nothing seems like a big jump in a short time. Maybe cut again to 12.5
I am not sure if you guys have compounding pharmacies there. I am thinking you must. You have to call around and ask. A compounding pharmacy can make the medication at any strength that you want.
