Threw it away this morning, methyl salicylate was in it and can be ototoxic. I assume its from that anyway or my bad neck and shoulder. Can't even look to my left properly without it hurting :-/ @DeanD hope you are battling on as good as can be?

I use it everyday, i don't get spikes from it. I highly doubt that methyl salicylate is actually ototoxic. More than likely your bad neck and shoulders.
