Some days I think I could use an AD, but I am scared to death to go on one because I believe it was the primary contributor to my current situation... but I cant prove that, just the timing.
@ryanscott AD's. They tend to give me IBS and Anxiety Spikes before they have time to go to work. After that I'm usually fine.
@Tryn2BHopeful I can understand that. Lucky I've never had a spike I can contribute to an AD. Hopefully that stays true. Of I don't manage the depression everything get unsurmountable including the T.
