I have been taking 100 mg B1 and 100 mg B6 for some time as prescribed by a doctor. A few weeks in I got a metallic tinnitus tone in both ears. Since then I cut the dose multiple times, but the tone has stayed. But, if it's related at all, I would think it's the B6, not B1.

Previously I took the standard recommended B1/B6/B12 doses for months and noticed no changes in tinnitus.

Why by the way would you think it is the B6 and not the B1?
