It's a proposal by Dr. De Ridder et al. for a big project with the aim of finding an effective treatment for tinnitus over a 3-5 year period. Hazel will make a big announcement about the War on Tinnitus project on TT in the near future.
Most treatments in this proposal concern electronic stimulation, but there's one approach that we may already test ourselves: Dahlia4TM. You can find the details in section 7 (Treatment of tinnitus with anti-inflammatory food supplements)
I've found only one supplier where they sell dahlia flower extract supplements: https://dahlia4.com. I'm not sure that it's a pure form of yellow dahlia extract, but I'll contact them about it.
Interestingly, Dahlia4 has Prof. Alexander Tups in their team and he happens to be mentioned in the yellow dahlia extract study in Dr. De Ridder's proposal.
