I think that would be the antidepressant Mirtazapine. Amitriptyline, Doxepin, and Trazodone are some other ADs that can help with sleep. There are benzos, but they are addictive and can quickly build tolerance and dependency.
Lorazepam (Ativan) is a benzo. I take a 0.5mg dose every third day. It doesn't spike my tinnitus and minimal effect on anxiety or sleep at that dose for me. Be careful with benzos. Pregabalin (Lyrica), Buspirone (Buspar), Gabapentin, and Hydroxyzine are some other meds used for anxiety.
